Beautifully perfumed; delicate white flowers, lemon, and crunchy red apple. 

Tightly coiled acid gives freshness and lift to a little bit of sugar (10.5 grams - which is on the sweeter side of most Aussie Riesling). The palate is broad and all encompassing, it gathers on both sides of the tongue and you drink it with every bit of your mouth.

Punchy lemon zest, juicy lime, and bracing red-apple acidity. Classic Riesling (while not being totally classic for Adelaide Hills) - a good gateway to later harvest German Riesling for my mind. 

Drink it now or cellar up to a decade.
