Punchy and savoury. 

Vibrant crushed raspberry pulp and ripe black currants. A savoury green edge' mulberries, a grassyness, and raspberry stems. It's a lighter style but it has impressive depth - there is definitely layered texture. Ripe fruit with a puckering, tart acid profile. 

Satisfying and compete while remaining nimble.
