Friulano from the Mornington Peninsula with significant skin contact giving the wine a broadness in the mouth, real complexity, and structure. The ageing on skins has not imparted a dankness, or significant colour extraction; the wine remains fresh and light-footed. In your mouth it is round and complete, most likely from ageing in Amphora.

Exciting and multi-faceted; a green capsicum and white pepper savoury aspect, coupled with developed citrus flavours. There is a candied lemon, almost lemonade icy pole character too - the wine develops quickly in the glass and little pockets of intrigue open up. There is a saline, maritime close. 

Complex and curious, layers of flavour stitched together with harmonious texture and acid.
